What I am searching for in my work, and what I occasionally stumble across (more often by accident), is what you could call a repeatable beauty, something intangible, graceful, maybe even contradictory.
Where I begin though is usually with things that disturb me, give me cause for concern or simply an indefinable sense of unease.
My aim is for people to get high when they stand in front of my work, yet not to forget the world they are standing in. Its beauty, its tragedy and its absurdity.
