Colours of the Rainbow

I went to the park with my Family and saw a magnificent Rainbow and this went through my mind. There are other things that each are for but to create this poem I only needed them.

I got my step-dad Skik to take this shot of it for me

I dedicate this piece to My Family
but mostly My Mum

Love is for Friends
Friends is for Comfort
Comfort is ORANGE

ORANGE is for Laughter
Laughter is for Children
Children is for New
New is YELLOW

YELLOW is for Sweet
Sweet is for Flower
Flower is for Plant
Plant is GREEN

GREEN is for Peace
Peace is Calm
Calm is for Water
Water is BLUE

BLUE is Soft
Soft is for Pillows
Pillows is for Relax
Relax is VIOLET

VIOLET is for Gentle
Gentle is for Kind
Kind is for Tolerant
Tolerant is INDIGO

INDIGO is for Smooth
Smooth is for Even
Even is for Stable
Stable is RED

    This one’s another home run, right over the rainbow. Some people try to write so complexly, and really they are saying nothing. You say a lot by not trying to. It’s also a nice touch starting and ending with red.
