The halo of light is sensational, adding those beautiful hair lights that keep the viewers eye right where it needs to be. The sepia treatment works beautifully to give this a classic , warm and timeless feel. Nostalgic and moving.

Very nice timeless image Birgitta.. the processing in this piece is wonderful and suits the subject so well.. I can tell a lot of thought went into it and you got it just right. Gorgeous lighting and colour giving a really soft and peaceful atmosphere.. just as it should be.

Oh Birgitta, this is so gorgeous!!! I love that you have displayed something both sacred and.. what is the word I am looking for… personal I guess. Technically speaking, I love the tones.. I love the composition… but I especially love the feeling of peace it gives.. I imagine my own little boy kneeling and a feeling of.. almost pride washes over.. Excellent job.
