Taken in northern Germany. A frozen sea is not a common sight at all. Talked to an older lady who explained her kids where about 10 years old the last time she had seen this area frozen. Those kids are now in their fifties.

So, I guess I should be glad we had quite a long cold period for this phenomenon to take place. Now temperatures are above freezing point, so the spectacle is gonna melt away very soon.
