Man oh man! I just discovered redbubble last night, and I’ve NEVER felt so welcomed, so validated and so glad to join a group!!! I’ve been a member of another online photo group for a couple of years, and very rarely get any feedback, even though I make many comments. As my grown son would say, you guys are DA BOMB!!
I feel like I struck gold – a place to show my photos and get feedback, perhaps even sell something someday (I haven’t figured out yet how do get that part rolling, but I will), a place to support and be inspired by others’ work , AND a place to write a bit, which I also love to do. I can tell right now that I’m going to spend a LOT of time here! And maybe make a new friend or two!!
I’m just happy I browsed for contests and landed here. I don’t care if I never win a contest – I’m just glad to find this place.
Thanks to all of you who so kindly commented on my photos and my journal entry. You’ll never know what your words mean to me.

I’ll have to agree. Redbubble is great! I was also looking for photo contests and found this site. I haven’t sold any pictures, yet. Of course, I only been here for three weeks. I am very happy to have a lot of people put me on those watchlists and my pictures as their favorites. There are a lot of great artists here. I am really happy to be part of this wonderful community.
