Artist's Description

This is the fourth in a series called Adventures of the Little Red Pushbike. The idea was to create a photographic essay exploring famous, not so famous, and infamous Melbourne landmarks with a narrative that can best be described as Little Red Riding Hood meets Bonnie and Clyde.

This place used to house some of Australia’s most notorious criminals including Ned Kelly, Julian Knight, Mark Brandon “Chopper” Read, Craig Minogue, and Ronald Ryan. Now it’s being turned in to a housing estate and a shopping centre called “Pentridge Piazza”
