I have started teaching printmaking on the Mornington Peninsula. This is the poster I have made to advertise the classes.

Feedback would be great. Thanks Billy

Direct, informative with all the right bits and pieces Billy. Well laid out and well thought out. :))

  • Thanks Salsbells, I have been re-doing it forever and only finally got the gumption to put it up. Feeling good about it. Have two students and its been challenging and fun. I love passing it on. Thanks for your comment. B

Fantastic, Billy!! It’s great to see you doing this…………hopefully we’ll be seeing a lot more printmakers emerging now. The poster is really, really good. It’s inviting and visually very easy to read and understand. All the best with your venture.

  • Ahhhh Elaine, that is exactly what I wanted to hear. All the things I was concerned about and you could read it clearly. Thanks for taking the time to read it and get back to me. I am now going to post it on my new (hardly worked on) web site.

I’m jealous, I want to come to your lessons. The poster is terrific.

  • Thanks Scallyart for taking the time to read the poster , it has been very rewarding teaching so far, because not only do you get to pass on what you know but it gets your own creative juices going and as a result I am now once again producing more prints. So, its been a great experience. I have an idea to do a print class on line. The matrix plates would be mailed to me, I would print them and send them back to the student. I will give advice on how to make the plates. It would be fun, especially for people living in remote areas. What do you think? B
