Yes, this is a lino cut, if you can believe it. I have to try and get a little simpler with the cutting. I spent weeks on this.

No I think its worth it this is crazy for a lino cut awsome! :)
fabulous work billy, LIno is so hard on your hands, dont know how you managed that many lines!
I cut myself a lot, then have to go on antibiotics as I keep getting infections. I nearly took my finger off once so now I try to remember to wear gloves!
The more complex etching suits your style, this print shows extraordinary talent, the lines give great movement and texture- it reminds me of the older style of prints (like from 14th/15th c) which were a lot more detailed like this-well done!
Time well spent Billy. I really enjoy carving a lino, it’s addictive, I just can’t put it down once I’ve started. This has worked out really well!
Lovely, wonderfully expressive work of art. Full of nuance and color. Extraordinary.
Wow! this is awsome!I showed my mum cuz she likes doing the Lino Printing stuff heheand she said wooow thats fantastic, then ouch that must have hurt your hands hahai love the detail in everything! the dresses, hats, hair, faces and background!
Sorry about the hands Billie ..’ oh how we suffer for our art." and people say “Is’t it wonderful to have something to just with relax and have fun” Oh it’’s just a wonderful image.
Excellent work. I can see why it took so long to create. Beautiful job.
