Beautiful shell fossil, Billy Lee. Is this hand-made paper?
Hello Fran,This is printed on Muslin fabric. Its a fossil from a tree. Its quiet large. It is a new project I have been working on . Billy

Well, muslin was in my last thought, actually, once I got past the crinkles on the right; but I was already in process of pushing send. :) From a tree. How wonderful. I’d love to hear more about your project. Hope you do a journal at some point.
Thanks Fran, I picked up my art from yet another art show. Sold zero. I am hoping that my new project will I will find my niche. I have framed the muslin print and it looks beautiful behind the glass with a mat frame. I am hoping to print the wood on different fabrics using different mediums. I want to try and keep it organic and non representational. Its hard work because you have to prepare the wood. You don’t just print it after cutting. I want to get a show together . Things have shifted a lot in my work since I have been at university. I am in my second year now. It has been a huge challenge but it has helped me move forward and follow a more contemporary style of art. I hope I have found what I want to do. Let me know what you think. And YES I am keeping a journal.
