Yes, this is so UNLIKE me. But I am starting this term by drawing something in my visual diary every single day of my life. This is picture No.1 in Visual diary. Preliminary for a painting. I coloured it green after seeing the John Brack exhibition recently. (Nude with a Dressing Gown) Will put a link to that picture at a later date.

Yes, I mean NO this is not me, I did draw this one though. What do you think? I can see it in a painting but lots of colour, not green of course but beautiful colours. I will wait for inspiration to come my way.

I LOVED the JB exhibition! Hey, I started keeping a visual diary too. Yours is looking awsome. I’m not as disciplined as you but I figure if I even write in it or stick in a picture of something I like everyday as well as sketch etc that its a huge step after never having one. I feel my concepts are taking shape better. Enjoy Bel, looking forward to watching the pages turn. x C

Thanks Carmen, I had to tear these three visual diary pages out today…ouch! To put with an essay on a grant we had to do. I made up a plan to do body art and hair in a community and did a budget up with it and put these three pictures with it. Oh well , will have to start another diary up. It takes discipline to do a visual diary. But if Frida can do it, so can we!

Oh yea, that was fun! Then I put it in the back garden and the puppies ate it! Yes, they had a ball, it took them about a week to chew it to bits.
