Dirty Sneekers
In the “hood” old sneekers are use to hang over wires to denote some sort of fowl play. In 2006 I was invited to go to DC to represent the President and this is the idea I returned with. It seems the greatest “fowl play” is in the highest office in the land.
Those sneekers represent a leadership that has once run a mighty race and now has been found out to have broken all the rules of fair play.

No there are no powerlines in DC. It’s all underground, like our own gov. appears….lol.
