Not so sure about the ‘lion pride’ pun, but the illustration is brilliant.
You’ve managed to anthropomorphise (tough word, that) the lion while articulating your point, and without making the image overly comical. Excellent work.

wonderful use of medium – the comis style certainly suits the theme. the pun could be considered slightly corny, but i actual think it creates a sense of irony – we all use the lion for pride, but here it is like the lion is using us, the audience, for his own reasons. All in all, you have created a wonderful presense. well done
