wonderful art work Bill, so when its done in charcol & pastel would you call this a drawing or a painting?, anyway its super work well done.

Thank you for your comments. As to whether a pastel is a drawing or painting? A very good question. I think nowadays a ‘finished’ pastel could be called a painting, whereas if it is a sketch containing merely line and gesture…. then it is a drawing!
