Bringing to light

Bringing to light

Sitting around in an empty house,
feeling about as small as a mouse.
Wondering if things will get any better,
Hoping to hear from someone even in a letter.

Wishing to have someone to share your time,
To have a match like a lemon to a lime.
Like a pair of roses in a vase,
Someone to stand behind you in any case.

Together holding each other close and tight,
Being together into each and every night.
A relationship without a single fight,
Bringing each other’s heart a warming loving light.
