I am an avid photographer living in gorgeous southwest Michigan. My first love is Lake Michigan and all its creatures and lighthouses. Next on the list are the mysterious trains and landscapes found in those hard to get to places. Getting lost is half the fun. I’ve fallen in rivers, gotten splashed by 15 foot waves rolling in from the freezing lake in a wind storm, run from the waves in the Pacific Ocean in Mexico, chased sandhill cranes (not a great idea), petted a wild deer, and angered a poisonous snake all in the name of getting that perfect shot. The lesson here is “Click now, Panic later”.
