All the images are great, and I love the concept – not sure about the layout – being square…I wonder if it wouldn’t be better in a rectangular format – maybe your name on the bottom? Square just seems a bit unusual.
On the other hand – unusual is good – and it definitely suits your work!

if you are going to have it commercially printed, I would suggest you make it DL size to make it a more economical size (3up on A4). I think this is an excellent idea and your choice of images look great on the black background, I was thinking of doing the same and leaving them in restaurants, library books, waiting rooms etc.

i like to think outside the box – and as you said sara my work is a little unusual! i deliberately didn’t do them a DL size as then they would be the same as everyone elses! hopefully this in itself is a talking point. thanks for the positive feedback!

I like it Sarah…it works well I think. I want to do something similar with my hearts :)

I lile it too! All the shots you have chosen work really well together and the colours are great all very eye catching! I agree with you about the size too it may be more economical to print at a standard size but who wants to be the same as everyone else. I think an artist needs to show their individuality.

I think the layout is fantastic….I have been working on layouts for album covers, business cards,posters, you name it. and so I my brain is all layoutlayoutlayout so I had to comment on this and say I think it REALLY works… LOVE that it is square, it will stand out … good thinkin
The sunset pic doesnt work for me and I think it lessens the quality of the rest of the pics… which are great. It somehow just doesn’t seem to fit in.
As for the pink surname….it obviously disturbs you on some level and I’d agree…..maybe try choosing one of the colours prominent in the collection of pics.. say a blue or a deep red…{try photoshop colour selecter?}
But overall, just love it as a promotional piece… really well done.
All the best,
Lea

i know im a bit late with this and you’ve probably already done it, but i jut discovered you, i think its great. i love the layout being square and i think the images you chose are very different, some abstract, some portraiture, some just cool texture, i love it, it shows you are versatile. i hope you used it! <3>
