Neon Tokyo lights

this image was something i wanted to experiment with, it was inspired by the different neon lights at Tokyo, i had seen some photos and i decided to put various parts of different images together. it was created using Japanese washi paper cut out then stuck on black card and then i just touched it up on photoshop. :)
