Well, there you have it, a mashup of unmashable things.
I changed the aletheiometer, because I disagreed with the movie’s portrayal. Same as I did for Lyra’s costume. Yes, it’s cold. Yes, it’s on the poles. But still, she refused to put on pants untill the second book, and even then, she made a whole mess about it.In short, I am a books fanatic, and I will take none of the movie-geeks remarks.

love the details and the font :D
I always considered myself the person who couldn’t do details. I guess I fell over that cliff and never even realized it.

YES finally! <3
And btw wtf I’ve never watched Avatar but it works as a standalone HDM tee too!
It’s worth seeing, actually, go for it

I just realized that I might push you in the wrong direction… Watch the animated show. Avoid the movie at all costs

This is just fantastic, I loved the book too!
The books are easily in my top 10 of all books ever ^^

I’m also a book fan but I guess I’m a movie-geek too. I like to compare the book with Hollywood’s idea of entertainment based on that book. But I agree the book was ten times better then the movie.
I’m generally a film-geek as well (seeing as I study it and all), and I’m sometimes hard pressed to decide if I like the films or the books more. In HDM’s case, there was absolutely no question. I still refuse to acknowledge that the film was made. Such a waste of special effects and Ni8cole Kidman :(
