Great portrait and B/W work!
Hi Daidalos, thanks very much for your comments!Bianca =]
Bianca,This is a great shot for many reasons. The focus and the depth of field bring you right into the subject. The lighting and your exposure tie in very well. The choice to shoot this diagonal is a great one. Had you shot this vertical it still would have been a great image, but in combination with your depth of field it keeps the users eye moving around the image. Last but not least, I love your choice of model. She is an absolutely fabulous choice and truly innovative. She also expresses your individuality as a photographer.
The image is/almost an ‘in your face’ to the modeling industry. It’s current, it’s fresh, and it doesn’t impose any ideal of what a woman ‘should’ look like. I would love to see this image in a magazine like Vogue, Fashion, Glamour, Cosmo, etc.
Do you have a color version?
Enough of my rambling. Marvelous and awe-inspiring work!

Al, What can I say – Thankyou so very much for your wonderful and inspring comments – it is such a compliment..!
I have to say this shot is one of my absolute favourites so I was a little surprised that a lot of my other works had been way more popular.. it was a lovely surprise to find that you appreciate it the same way i do.
Oh yes the model is stunningly gorgeous & a big sweetheart too..!!
Thankyou again Al for your meaningful comments & very kind words.
All the Best,Bianca =]

i absolutely love this photo and i cant believe it has so few comments! i have a thing for black and white and this is one of the best ive seen, the contrast works so well. i like how it’s tilted on an angle too.
