Gorgeous shot—I know the road you had to go up to get this, and I’m even more impressed than most.

  • Brian Hendricks replied

Thank you, it was very cold that morning. I had to go through a layer of freezing fog, on my drive up. It was simply breathtaking.

I love GC. I’ve been there 4x and always wondered if it is as shocking in winter as it is in other three seasons.

What a superb shot! Well done.

It brings back happy memories of climbing the tower 10 years ago. That day there was no snow or mist; instead high winds kept lifting our abseil ropes above our heads making for a tricky descent!

  • Brian Hendricks replied

Wow, I bet the view was fantastic. I have never experienced that climb.
