Hahaha, it was fun – blue oil paint my dad gave me. He was more into heraldics and symbolic stuff, designed the town coat of arms and worked mainly in watercolour …

Yes, he passed away in 1990, but my sister kept some of his work, which I brought back to Germany with me after my visit there over Easter :-))

I do – and my mom understands ‘those nutty urges’ much better having lived with him ;-))) Her mom, my gran, was a ‘real’ watercolour artist, her paintings are all over the place. I have it from both sides xxx

Oh, lol, I am a very bad singer, too, but that doesn’t keep me from bursting into song every so often, hahaha! My mom was the one who nudged me into art school (even though I failed the application test 3 times!!), always believing in me and supporting me, even though she can’t draw a straight line herself. Priceless :-) xxx
