“I’ll give you a daisy a day dear
I’ll give you a daisy a day
I’ll love you until the rivers run still
And the four winds we know blow away”.

The simple daisy … so pretty and running wild in the old school yard at Mt Wilson … I wasn’t the only one attracted to it as this black fly was too.

Taken with the Nikon D700, Nikkor 105 mm macro lens, 1/50 sec, F7.1, ISO 250, -0.3 bias, hand held.

    Beautiful capture and bloom Bev.

  • Thank you Julie for the comment and favourite. The simple daisy is often overlooked as a beauty …this fly certainly was captured by it♥

    Beautifully captured Bev…fantastic clarity!! *-)

  • Thanks Deb … these were everywhere and I was thrilled to find a few with either tiny flies or spiders in them … playing with the macro lens♥
