Somersby Falls dishes up a wide variety of waterfalls for the avid photographer to capture and this is but one. This one I refer to as midway and the steep hike down to it is well worth the effort. Its just the last section that at times can be slippery with no hand rail and rough cut rock steps, so for those less fit, you might be content to observe this section from the timber walkway above. The Brisbane Water National Parks have been using the $7 parking fee wisely by improving the pathways and steps to many areas. Only the dare devils venture beyond this point but then there are plenty of them around aye!
