Such beauty- whenever i am in the Blue Mountains, it is only ever to drive over them on my way to Mudgee and beyond…
I have always said i’d love to spend a day or two just being a tourist and discovering all the little nooks and crannies in the area.

:D : )))))))))))))))
Bev Woodman replied
Good morning Jan, what a beautiful and enthusiastic comment to wake up to today. Thank you for the favourite too. I have no special skills on waterfall photography as I’m still playing. This one was really rushed as we were tired from hopping from spot to spot and I had walked many tracks this day. I jumped out of the car at this spot and left Phil to mind the gear and thought I would just see what was down in this beautiful ferny forest – it was beautiful beyond expression. I used my 55-200 mm lens, it still had the polariser filter attached and I had the camera set to night landscape … and it was hand held. All very rushed but I’m amazed at how well it turned out. Many others were deleted because of camera movement. Its going to be my first point of call next time and I’ll play a bit next time and pass the setting on to you. Hugs for a great day.

Love the water in the pool!!!! Beautiful image Bev!!! *-)
Bev Woodman replied
Deb that’s what got me too – the water clarity. Probably because I still had the polariser on. Thanks so much for the comment.
Di Jenkins
just gorgeous Bev! The clarity in the pool is superb! well done!
Bev Woodman replied
Thanks Di and as I said to Deb above, I took this in such a rush that I still had the polariser on but I’m glad because of this effect.

Enivea
Refreshing and healing image, would look fabulous in Aged care settings, to help the residents.
Bev Woodman replied
Thanks you Enivea – now you’re onto something their with this suggestion. Now we have the digital photo frames or just the TV, you could program our images into something like this. Many of these poor dears just sit all day and to have beautiful scenery to view would be magic, combined with some beautiful music.
