Prehistoric Monster...
This is my chameleon “Kharma” usually greens, yellow & brown…I have enhanced the colour with a pink hue, increased the contrast & brightness…
I feel this is an image that shows up every detail, of this fascinating reptile… especially under his chin & his eye watching you…This looks fab on canvas & poster size…Prehistoric monster like…
Although chameleons are known for changing colours, they only do this to camouflague or when they hunt or are threatened…so he turns a blackish green when annoyed…browny black like a twig when he’s hunting his crickets on his log & a bright greeny, yellow when basking under his heat & UV lamp, Cheers, Bev ;) x Please leave a comment if you stop by to have a look…

Nice shot, I couldn’t tell what the image was at first. Kharma’s color is fantastic. Keep it up. you should send it across a Jackson Pollock painting and take a photo.

yeah that’d be funny lol…I did add a pink hue although he turns green, black & brown in different shades…chameleons dont actually change to their exact surroundings, just to camaflague…But I couldnt resist pop arting this shot to show up the detail…Cheers ;) x
