A watercolor image enhanced with digital art tools. Butterflies soaring high, in the sacred environment of nature. A spiritual piece dedicated to my parents, who have left this earthly plane and are now free.
What a difference an image makes if it’s made into a larger format. Something you were encouraging me to do all along. You are such a good friend, Uta, and your artwork is superb. Let the magic begin!!!
Hi Helene, Thank you. You have such a wonderful way with digital effects in your work that I am honored to receive your compliment. Did you take classes in learning how to use fractals? It looks mathematically complicated, yet the results are stunning!
Hi bev. No I discovered apophysis here on redbubble and taught myself how to use the program. It’s mathematically based but I don’t worry about the theory part – just twiddle a few dials here and there. It’s a free program so google it if you want to try. I’m happy to help you get started if you need some pointers. ;o)
Hi Helene, I shall look into apophysis. I’m getting more and more into digital art, and especially am awed by the more abstract images. I feel I need more challenges in my life. May be time to push my creative boundaries, so I may take you up on your help in the near future. Your work continues to dazzle and inspire me. Take care.

This is Very Pretty a wonderful tribute to your parents!
Beverly, I appreciate your comments about our group, the healing journey and I agree that you are a great fit with the very talented members who use the expressive arts to deal with psychological and physical pain. This is a lovely watercolor and a very poignant use of your artistic talent to honor your parents. I look forward to seeing more of your portfolio.

Truly beautiful! A wonderful tribute to your parents.
Hi Karen, I am thankful that I can put my emotions, especially during difficult times, into an artistic form. And it helped transform my grief into love and hope for them. I appreciate your comments, I will stop by your site soon. Hugs. Bev

Its great to finally be able to see your work. The images have always been so small and pixelated on your blog. These are lovely Bev.
