Gouache on terraskin paper.
Another experiment using gouche this time. I tried to be a little more daring with colour since it does sit on top of the terra paper and appears more vibrant than with watercolour paper. I have painted this scene before with more traditional colour, but I did have fun with this version, and the square format really appeals to me. Original – SOLD
Painting is such an integral part of my personality and my life. I find much joy and satisfaction in the process, and if the results are pleasing then I am also gratified, but I must admit it is the process that intrigues me and sparks my creative juices.
I paint primarily in watercolour but love to experiment with other media, especially in combination with my watercolour. I would be honoured if you were inclined to take the time to browse through my work.
