I actually watched a Bio on Lautrec about a week ago… sad how his addiction to Absinthe and his filandering finally brought about his demise. I never realized he was born into the Aristocracy and rejected it for Art… and yet I am fairly up on Art History. I guess he was one I never got too deeply into but always appreciated his work.. I love Deco!!!
Special piece this one, once again… Love it!
bev langby
Funny u mention Lautrec ive done a few pieces in homage to him hes a big fav of mine love his ballsey women lol and u know i have a small bottle of Absinthe on my book case , one of those mini bottles lol id just finished a piece of his and it was right near the register at the bottle shop lol so couldnt resist ….......
