Everyone’s grandma and great aunt had one: the old chest containing treasures from the past. Gorgeous silks and satins, and of course matching accessories!
A fractal done in Ultra Fractal 5.
The second fractal I did in UF. Posted in 2009 and I’ve learned a lot since then, but I still like it (pity I’ve lost the params!)
Lovely work – great movement. For your second Fractal – Wow!!! Took me about 10 shots before I got something I liked. I like the metallic gradient here – it works…
i see many people use inappropriate gradients, not only in UF and it can be the make or break of the fractal.
Not sure where you are with iF but I have 4 video tuts on my site if they can be of any use to you.
They pretty much cover Basics, moving around, colouring, gradients and masking. Not sure I did anything with mappings (May have though). A few things have changed with UF5. May do a vid on new features but much you can pick up on the mailing list.
Once again Terrific effort!
Thanks so much for your very generous praise and suggestions, Zoo. From someone of your talent I rate it very highly. When I return from travels I will certainly check out your tutes. Thanks again
This is just gorgeous!! You’re a quick study I’d say!! :o)
Jen, thanks so much for your lovely words! I am in awe of your work and really appreciate your kindness to my little fractal. I’m inspired to continue.
