Tassie Travels

Posted 3 months ago

Team bevanimage is going travelling again. Just popping down to Tasmania for several weeks, and we’ll be visiting regions with no internet access (hard to believe, isn’t it?) I won’t be around much during that time, even less than usual :-) , but I hope to have some interesting pics for you on our return.

happy bubbling

Return from travel - and a sale

Posted 7 months ago

Greetings RB friends. As some of you know, I’ve been travelling in the Northern Hemisphere (Europe and UK) for the last 10 weeks.
Having now returned, and once the jetlag wears off, I will gradually present some of the several thousand pics I took on my travels.
In the meantime, apologies for not having visited or commented for a while, but be certain that I will do my best to catch up with …

Around the world in 80 days

Posted 10 months ago

Not exactly 80 days, and we’ll still be in the Milky Way galaxy (see below), but team bevanimage is going travelling! Over the next couple of months we’ll be visiting selected regions of the northern hemisphere. Aren’t we just a pair of adventurous little Aussies?

I hope to bring back a swag of pics for your enjoyment, and please don’t forget me while I’m away. I mig…

Apologies - and no uploads

Posted over 1 year ago

My Redbubble burst several days ago (only temporarily I hope). Some of you may remember my upload problems earlier in the year, which were solved by buying a new modem. Well, the “new” one has stopped working. Completely. Not only is no-one home, but the lights aren’t even on!

So, apologies for not replying to comments and faves, and for not commenting on your work. I’ve h…

Seven calendars sold - how wonderful!

Posted over 1 year ago

I’ve not been very active on RB lately (for which I apologise), due to work and other demands, but I’m very pleased to announce the sale of seven calendars to people in the “real” world (and not friends or family). Even better, six of them are to repeat customers from last year, who asked for more!

Six of my latest Autumn in Venice calendar:

and one of my Astonishing Orch…

Expelled!

Posted almost 2 years ago

As some of you know, I have been sorely tried one way and another over the last couple of months. The latest thing is that I’ve discovered that I’ve been expelled from a group here on the bubble. Really. It’s now “by invitation only”, and I haven’t been invited. Despite having had a couple of features in the group recently.

So, this is my opportunity to be enti…

A top-ten finish and more features. How wonderful!

Posted about 2 years ago

I’m very pleased to tell you that my image Cannaregio Ponte scored a top-ten finish (actually second I think) in the cityscape challenge of the Tuesday Afternoon group.
Thanks to all those who voted and to the hosts for running the challenge

I’ve also had some features. Heartfelt thanks to all the lovely hosts for featuring my work; it is greatly appreciated.

More wonderful features, including 3 today. Thank You

Posted about 2 years ago

I told myself I wouldn’t, but in the end I couldn’t resist; telling you about my latest features, that is.

Over the last couple of weeks I’ve had six features, including three just today. So, more reading for you, my long-suffering watchlist.

First, Fields of Lavender was featured in THE ULTIMATE UF5 AND BEYOND. Sincere thanks to plunder (Debs), autumngirl and Carlotta for the k…

Four more calendar sales, and two features - how wonderful.

Posted about 2 years ago

Although this has been a difficult (no, horrible) week at work, I’ve been greatly cheered by my RB “achievements”.

Firstly I’ve sold four more “Astonishing Orchids” to orchid lovers in the US. Thanks to all of you, and I hope you enjoy them.

I’m finding that they sell better to “real” people (as opposed to online), especially when they have …
