I live in Melbourne, Australia and have been a keen landscape photographer since childhood. After many years using film, I started taking digital photos in 2005.
To me photography is about capturing details of unique places and moments, which I hope to share with others. My main interests are landscape and macro, especially flowers. I’m very pleased to be a member of this wonderful online RedBubble community.
The slippers that are my avatar were on a window ledge in Ghivizzano, a small town in the hills above Lucca, Italy. I couldn’t resist!
My current kit includes:
Nikkor Lenses: 24-70mm f2.8, 14-24mm f2.8, 105mm f2.8 micro (macro), 70-200mm f 2.8, 70-200 f4
Zeiss 21mm f2.8

Here today, gone tomorrow; no sooner back on the bubble than off again. / Thanks to my RB friends for a warm welcome back. I hope you won’t think I’ve deserted again, but tomorrow we’re off to Canada and England for several weeks, and the camera is delighted. / I’ll be popping in occasionally as we travel around, but possibly no posts until we return to Oz. Then, lots of…
A huge thank you to the anonymous person who bought an extra-large canvas print of this image, Rock and Roll. It’s my biggest single sale on RB, and I’m outrageously pleased that someone was prepared to fork out real cash to buy my work. / I’ve thus been inspired to submit more work to the site, after an absence of several months, during which I’ve had more time to actuall…
