As a mature student, I worked for my A Level in Art & Design
at the Chesterfield College of Art. I then went on to do a foundation course, which led to my studying at the University of Derby, where I gained an Honours Degree in Fine Art.
I mainly work two dimensionally, using a variety of mediums, watercolours., pastels, oils, and acrylics. I love to paint many subjects, from landscapes, portraits, still life and animals.
My recent work has been inspired by city living. The hustle and bustle of London, and its unpredictable weather! Constantly busy Paris, and the artists at work in Montmartre.
