A small moth visits a candy colored lantana blossom. Yes, those are the true colors.

Eye-filling paintings and photos excite me. Mine are inspired by the interplay of color, especially when it creates a cheerful and thoughtful impression. I am a photographer/writer/artist and love both nature and tech stuff. I also publish garden books — see my website. Thanks for looking at my work. Thanks for your comment, Tina. Each tiny flower changes color as it ages.

I love the fantana, they are so cheerful … only I didn’t know what they were called.
Moth must be quite tiny, as the flowers aren’t much bigger around than a quarter (half-dollar at most) if they’re the ones I am thinking about. Sweet little critter dressed in humble brown … possibly for camouflage but he sure stands out against the pink and yellow.
