High in the Blue Mountains descending Larch Summit on Highway 7 heading towards Sumpter and Baker City in eastern Oregon. This curvey stretch of the Elkhorn Scenic Byway provides marvelous views of the Elkhorn Mountains.

It would be my wish that ODOT would add a few more pullouts for us photo buffs to safely pull off the road, instead of having to take the photograph through the windshield.
