I saw this little arrangement and loved it. Loved it … walked around … took shots … didn’t like the shots … tried every angle … it just didn’t want to look the way I’d “seen” it … how very very frustrating. I mean, what’s with that. I saw it, so why couldn’t I convert it into an image?! … Do you ever get that? You see it … I mean reallysee it … and you take shots and none of them do it justice the way you’d taken the image in with your all seeing magically creative eye … Of the umpteen shots I took of this little still scene, this one came closest to what I was perceiving … :) I loved the way mother nature had arranged herself in this little mini world of colour and texture :)

Mother Nature was probably laughing at the way you were beating yourself up over not getting what you want! It’s very simple, you just have to get your camera a new pair of glasses and your problems will be solved. Lol! I’ve been there and understood every word you said. It’s a good thing that we are in the digital age and can take pictures until we’re satisfied with what we’ve been given! Loved your story, great shot! Dee
