project: iheart – Our current labor of love has been in the works for a few years now and is a fictional work conceptualized by jolie that combines her amazing anime/manga styled art with our creative writing talents. As the online world has evolved so has the methods in which stories can be told. Like many, we are experimenting as we go.

About Us
I’m a freelance Illustrator & writer currently residing in Central Texas. I’m a girl. And I like to draw. Despite the many vigorous shakes from Art Professors, it has always been that simple for me. Tools of the trade include bic pens (love ball point.) watercolor, sumi ink. Digital tools include PS 7.0, PSE8, Open Canvas, and Painter X.
I’m a freelance writer and photographer who inhabits the kingdom of Southern Oregon. By day I toil beneath the guise of secretary at a local community college, but by night I shift shape and turn creative critter.
I share my magical inkwell and photo dungeon with my better half, Joshua, of 15+ years and together we are owned by two cats – Izabel (aka Izzy the Busy Ninja) and Rozlind (aka Roz-rah). We’re King and Queen of our loveseat where we allow our brains to be rotted by the amusement that both TV and movies provide, notable Wii Ninjas when the mood arises, have a flare for creating kitchen experiments, and listen to an almost schizophrenic array of music. Our life is sometimes stranger than fiction, which makes it a playground of inspiration for the writing and photography life.
