    Hi Elizabetta, this is a beautiful piece of work. It reminds me a bit of a quilted wall hanging that I designed and made a few years back although mine had a black background with 3 lizards. I love virginia creepers, in the fall they are somewhere between a leaf and a flower much like the poinsettia and you have captured that here beautifully.
