Don't talk to strangers... by Berns

This little girl was out very late at night with her parents, enjoying the annual fair. Anytime someone looked at her or talked to her she hid behind her Dads sleeve. It is such a shame that we have to impose such restrictions on our children for their safety. The very few that would harm them, and yes they are almost exclusively men, harm society as a whole. The children miss out on social interaction and we as adults miss out too.
Another bad low light take,somewhat rescued.
