Eye Contact by berndt2

… I think we made a connection. I like the way she’s all but barging through her assistant to get to me. Admittedly that didn’t happen.. but as my memory of the event fades and my subconscious starts to get to work on building a more coherent and satisfying memory of events, I think you’ll find she also shoulder-charged the security guard with the earpiece and headbutted various autograph dealers threatening to come between us.

Like I said… give my subconscious enough time and I’ll swear that’s what happened.

If she looks vaguely familiar, she’s Rosie Huntington-Whitely and she was teh female lead in in Transformers III and is also associated with Victoria’s Secret. In this particular instance, she was at the premiere of boyfriend Jason Statham’s Hummingbird in London, June 2013.

The photo is not for sale because, you know… DMCA and stuff. (I’m guessing Her People are a bit more focussed on managing her image rights than most.)

Bernd Talasch doesn’t remember being hatched in a research laboratory in Omaha in the late 1950s so maybe that never happened. (Placeholder bio – remember to replace).

She’s not exactly unattractive, I must agree. She sort of looks naked too :) And was there a personal wind-blower right beside you??

LOL…There was OBVIOUSLY a major connection here, and I can see that she was about ready to shove everyone out of her way to get to you! It’s only when her people grabbed her and pulled her away that you lost that eye contact….and she was gone….and you’ll never know what could’ve been….And she’s still thinking of you…… Hee hee, Anyway….great capture, berndt, and, as always, wonderful commentary!! :)))
