whoa! ca-reepy! this is excellent, the lurking menace, a hint of what’s below the surface.. love the texture of the leathery skin against the inky blackness of the water. b&w is a perfect choice.

Taronga Park Zoo, Sydney. The viewing platform is low and covered by metal grates offset by a meter or so, so you can get a nice shot if a crocodile happens to be in a well-placed orientation, and no pesky glass to shoot through.
