I Want to Believe
As someone who carries a DSLR with me pretty much wherever I go, I need to face certain realities.
For one thing, I’m never going to see a UFO.
Photos of UFOs are only ever taken on mobile phone cameras, without a zoom, while you’re drunk, and in a field, and in the US midwest. They are blurry, they are indistinct, and even if they WERE real, they still look indistinguishable from a tin can or frisbee thrown into the sky
Accordingly, this is not a UFO. It’s the sun shining through a tinting stripe on a Four-wheel drive vehicle being driven through Jordan.
But it’s my way of saying : I’m ready.

Damn! does this mean i will never get that UFO shot because I don’t drink enough or visit the US midwest? (though I have been to Wycliffe Well a few times, does that count?)
Well this is an intriguing shot, and could well be something other than the sun shining through a tinting stripe on a four-wheel drive vehicle… who knows what hides out there in the light….? I ‘m a believer!!!

I’ve got at least one crappy camera I could use (or I’ll just take off the shake reduction function on the K10D) – let’s do it!!
