Now the city bathes
In the light of day
When i close my eyes i lose it

eyelids cut me off
from the world above
when i think my mind gets flooded

In the dark I couldn’t find the hope I looked for
So i opened up my eyes
And saw how the city was bathing

Still the city’s only solid
The step up to completion
