I am of an organic mind, as thick and fertile as a good mulch at times..(occasionally smelly/steaming as well.. full of worm holes).
Aspects and life elements that contribute toward a lot of my art making include; a general appreciation of aesthetics, natural form and organic relationships (ie-symbiosis), emotions and feelings that are distinctly choreographed within an overall manifestation of consistency/general permanence, extreme contrasts within a given paradigm, environment- the people, plants and animals around me at a given time- in conjunction with my feelings promoted from my interaction with these energy forms.
Abstraction, and a sense of the surreal, broadly characterise my art. It is drawn exclusively from my imagination, and the percipience required to gauge the levels and expressions of energy inherent in all living ideas and concepts.
I like cats and cows.
