My name is Ben Vess. I am an experimentalist, more or less. Any sustained labeling of my creative persona as painter, photographer, teacher, graphic designer, artist, or even experimentalist may destroy my creative process. Then again, they may not. For those who just found out about me or just have seen me from the periphery, this is me:
Intensely creative, oftentimes aloof, sometimes charismatic; but, always difficult. And these are my mediums: photography, acrylic, newspaper, sharpies, pencils, charcoal, pens, pastels, sand, foils, and, of course, water. I’m probably forgetting some; however, at this point, they are irrelevant.
Hey all, / Well, I know it has been quite a while since I’ve posted anything here. Just came up with a few cool illustrations on the iPad that was very halloweeny themed and thought this would be the best place to post them.
