I Can Sing a Rainbow, arranged by Stroop by

Red and ochre and ultramarine,
International Klein Blue.

What? Like that’s any less spurious than the original lyrics. Seriously, who did they think they were kidding when they sang “red and yellow and pink and green, purple and orange and blue”? Or rather what were they smoking?

So, yes, I decided to make a more accurate version with added Stroop Test dissonance fun. Just try saying the names of the colours you can see.

And yes, I was the type of child who always objected to this asinine and inaccurate song. Just as I often refused to join in with the actions of “If you’re happy and you know it” because that would be lying.

I must have been a delight to teach.

Anyway, just remember:
Richard of York gave battle in vain.

And try not worry about who Richard of York was (or which Richard of York they mean).
