Four Leaf Clover

Ever had such a beautifully vivid daydream, that seems to go on forever and ever..

Four Leaf Clover belongs to the following groups:

WMG

Blades of grass and a hopeful breeze
Send waves across this valley
Dandelion dreams, such scattered yellow gleams
Once, twice too many

Whisper a tune of such delight
Spreading morning light to a world of grace
Not a trace of darkness left to find
Run far and leave it far behind
And what a pretty picture
We paint with words so green, blue, yellow, true
This spoken word’s a tiny bird that skims across the ocean scene,
The ocean green
That shimmers in the hopeful breeze

This tiny moment..stretched as far as you can see
One second. Not a minute?
A minute. Maybe ten?
Tumble over four leaf clover
Time to start again

It seems I only scratched the surface of your talent, when I read your other poems. Your writing is such a pleasure to read. I think I’d describe it as big crashing waves of metaphor that just draw you in.
