One of the resident Grey Crowned Cranes at Martin Mere WWT

I’ve seen a few images of these birds very similar to this one and now I know why !

They’re really inquisitive and mimic the movements of the camera as you try to get the shot. Great fun, love the camera baby !

This one leaned right through the fence to look at the lens as close as it could, about 4 inches away
