Fey is her mind
fickle is her heart.
Notions of escape
trip on nimble feet
carrying her away
to a place where
dawn never comes.
In endless night
she hides from herself
betraying her thoughts
only to the stars,
scattered diamond dust
on black velvet.
Fey is her mind
fickle is her heart.
And yet she hearkens
to the one true voice
that whispers softly
on the gentle night breeze.
Guided by an invisible hand
slipped stealthily into hers
she stumbles forth
seeking the clarity
only he can bestow.
Oh fey is her mind
and so fickle is her heart.
Pray she finds him soon.
The One True Voice
Nothing too profound… merely the lunchtime musings of an overactive imagination =)) Been incredibly busy at work today so I needed to put everything aside and just chill for half an hour.

But leaving that aside for now, you write beautifully about beautiful things and you put a smile on my face. So my day is off to a great start. That you can do that from across the planet is awesome.
