and silk gloved hands.
Lie with me
my silent companion.
Allay my fears
in these darkest of hours
with tender caresses.
Sigh with me
my silent companion.
Share with me my dreams,
hopes, triumphs and failures,
for they are yours also.
Stay with me
my silent companion.
Our souls entwined
through space and time
without ever the need

Very deep Rhana. I’m not usually a poetry man but I like this piece. I think everyone has a “silent companion” of their own so I’m sure everyone will be able to appreciate this. Well done Rhana.
