I had some time to play around over the weekend with this whole tiny planets thing. This is my image Paintbox given the treatment with a bit of a twist. I first mirrored the image before tiny planet-ing it.

While I am completely wrapped with the way this one has turned out, what I am even more pleased with is the way the mirrored panorama of Paintbox turned out. I now have plans to have the pano printed out large and will have it framed to hang in my home.

Some experiments turn out the most surprising results.

Check out the clouds here… what do you see?

Experiments do turn out some veru surprising and wonderful results. I love the center, I can’t decide if it’s a heart, or a tongue being poked out at someone! The clouds remind me of frog’s eyes sitting on the top of it’s head, taken from a low-level perspective. I have to say, though, the image as a whole reminds me of looking down the maw of some giant monster pushing it’s head down through a cloud formation. This is really good, Rhana.

  • Thanks Jan :))) I must admit I hadn’t seen the whole tongue thing til you pointed it out! My youngest was hanging around while I was creating this and he reckons that he see a demon face at the top with his arms spread around the tiny planet as if he is about to crush it in his embrace. In the pano I can see the demon on his chariot with his wild fire breathing horses… tis very cool ;)

This is like a huge bumble bee on acid hovering right smack in front of my face while I`m on acid… flapping his little wings so fast that it`s starting to smoke… YIKES I am SO outa here!!!
    xox!

  • A bumblebee on acid?

PMPL!!! I have a sneaking suspicion it’s not the bumblebee that’s having an acid flashback ;)) Oh to spend an hour inside your mind BB…

Would I survive the experience I wonder?

That’s superb Rhana, Paintbox is one of my very favoritest pictures on the bubble and this is a really spun out way to look at it :-)

  • Thanks Matt! I love Paintbox too so I was a bit hesitant to pfaff around with it… glad I did though!

I love how this turned out, it’s like a mini rainbow world.

  • If you ever to get to Tassie in September I am SO going to take you to the tulip fields. Its even more dazzling in real life

I love this Rhana. I’m sure the tulip farm owners at Table Cape would be thrilled with it as well.
It looks like an evil koala with his hands placed at the top leap frogging over the tiny planet!
There, that’s what it is i’m sure!
